Day 1 at ANZFW is not the day to get the flu, especially as I had survived all winter with nothing. But, Murphy thought otherwise and I woke this morning with an unsightly fashion week accessory; red, swollen, blood shot eyes and a sore throat. Ordinarily this would render me PJ bound and sipping lemon drinks. Today it gave me even more of an excuse to dress up.What does one wear on the first day of FW? Black studded jeans (thank you Lizi) white slinky singlet layered with a black silk shirt, blazer and sexy fish skin lace up Heels by Nude in vibrant Orange - an uplifting colour. You've got to love shoes, they have the ability to make you feel fabulous.
It was a big day of fashion with 8 shows to get too. Each worthy of their own mention. So watch this space!
